How to reset or change your password

You can update your SportFleks password in two ways: from your profile settings if you are already signed in, or from the login screen if you forgot your password.

Option 1: Change your password from your profile

  1. Open the SportFleks app and sign in to your account.
  2. Open your profile.
  3. Go to Settings.
  4. Select Change Password.
  5. Enter your current password, then create and confirm your new password.

Option 2: Reset your password from the login screen

  1. Open the SportFleks app.
  2. Select Forgot Password on the login screen.
  3. Enter the email address or phone number linked to your account.
  4. Follow the verification instructions sent to you.
  5. Create and confirm your new password.

If you do not receive a code

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address or phone number.
  • Wait a few minutes and request a new code.
