Cannot sign in?
If you are having trouble accessing your SportFleks account, try the steps below.
1. Check your login details
- Make sure your email address, username, or phone number is entered correctly.
- Check that your password is correct.
- Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your login details.
2. Reset your password
If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password option on the login screen. You can also change your password from your profile settings if you are already signed in.
3. Check for verification code issues
- Check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive an email.
- Confirm that you entered the correct email address or phone number.
- Wait a few minutes and request a new code if needed.
4. Third-party login issues
If you use Google or Facebook login, make sure you are signing in with the same account you originally used to register with SportFleks.
5. Update the app
Make sure you are using the latest available version of SportFleks from the App Store, Google Play, or other official app store where the app is published.
6. Contact support
If you still cannot sign in, contact us at support@sportfleks.com.
