How to delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your SportFleks account using one of the methods below.

Option 1: In-app

Open your profile, go to Settings, and select the option to delete your account.

Option 2: Contact support

Send an email to support@sportfleks.com from the email linked to your account.

What data is deleted

• Your account profile
• Your login credentials
• Personal data associated with your accountt

What may be retained

Certain information may be retained for a limited time where required for:

• Legal compliance
• Fraud prevention
• Security and system integrity

Retention period

Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above and is then securely deleted.
